• Student – used to enroll in courses, bootcamps, coaching services
• Teacher – used to teach and create learning content
• Coach – used to guide skill growth, sessions, career instructions

You must use your account only for lawful educational purposes according to your registered role.

Payments & Billing

• Course and booking fees are non-refundable unless specified
• All payments must be valid and authorized
• Fraudulent transactions will result in account termination

Intellectual Property

All content, digital materials, graphics, videos, documents and learning resources inside Quagnite are protected. You are not allowed to copy, resell, distribute or share any content without written permission.

Prohibited Activities

• Uploading harmful / misleading content
• Attempting to hack or access restricted systems
• Sharing course materials without permission

Termination

Quagnite reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if any violation of these Terms is detected.

External Links & Third Party Tools

Quagnite may use third party tools (payments, analytics, authentication) and may provide external links. We are not responsible for content on external websites.
