Course Enrollment
- Once a student enrolls in a course, bootcamp, or coaching session, the enrollment is considered confirmed.
- Fees paid for course enrollment are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds may be considered in cases where the course is canceled by Quagnite.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:
- Course cancellation by Quagnite before commencement.
- Technical or platform issues preventing access to course materials which are not resolved within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate payment or billing errors that require correction.
Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted to our support team via email: support@quagnite.com
- Refund requests should include order details, enrollment ID, and reason for the refund.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed courses or partially completed sessions.
- Any digital materials downloaded by the student.
- Scholarship applications or fees.
